What we collect, and why.

This notice covers the marketing site. It's written plainly on purpose — the same register as the rest of what we do.

When you request a free report we collect the name you give (your label, studio or artist name) and an email address to send the report to. Nothing else — no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics that identify you.

Why we collect it

Solely to run the sweep you asked for and send you the results. Your details are the lawful basis of a request you initiated; we don't use them for anything you didn't ask for.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to deliver your report and follow up on it. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Your rights

Under the EU/UK GDPR and other applicable data-protection law you can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and withdraw consent at any time. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
